hmmmm...

It's Friday night and Shaun and the boys left a few hours ago to see Shaun's parents for the weekend. I thought I would be so happy when they left, because I would actually have time to get my thoughts together, do a few things that I've been wanting to do and needing to do...yet it was so hard to see them go. I'm such a baby and even cried when they left. I haven't been "by myself" for over 3 years now. I miss them already :)

We did our usual library run this morning to storytime and the boys were actually really good. Spencer even sat on the floor, on the blanket, and listened to the books. He is usually always trying to sit in a chair or on my lap or hold on to me. But today he was great! He even let me know when he needed to use the potty :) We didn't have any potty accidents while we were out...only when we got home and he got interested in playing outside did those happen. After the library, we took some lunch to my mom at work and visited for a little while. She hasn't been feeling well lately so hopefully she will soon. Then after lunch, it was homeward bound so I could get the boys' stuff packed for the weekend. Shaun had to work a little later than he thought so I went ahead and got most of the things ready so when he got home they could leave here and arrive there at a decent hour.

Yesterday Jenny was off work so we had our shopping outing with the boys. We both needed to pick up some baby shower gifts so we made a date of it. The boys were really good for the most part yesterday too. They surprise me sometimes :)

Well...I have to teach Relief Society on Sunday so I better get to finishing my lesson. I only teach every quarter but it seems like the time passes by so quickly and it's my turn again. So I hope everyone has a great weekend!! Later...
