spencer funny

I still don't have a camera yet, hence no new pictures...but just a Spencer funny real quick...

When I took him into his preschool class this morning, his teacher stopped me and said that she thinks that her little girl, who is in the other 4 year old class, has a crush on Spencer. Mrs. Ashley said this morning when Sadie was in the car that she said that Spencer starts with S just like her name. They play chase on the playground, and sit on the grass together...but she said that when Sadie says hey to Spencer he won't talk to her or say hey back. I just thought that was cute, talked to his teacher for a few more seconds, then we were out the door.

Well this afternoon, I asked Spencer if he knew Sadie and he said yes...that they play chase together on the playground. I asked him if she talks to him, and he said yes...then I asked him if he talks to her and he said no. I had the discussion that it's polite to speak when someone speaks to us. Then, out of the blue, he said, "Well she wears a lot of pink dresses and wears lots of bows. I think my teacher knows Sadie...she might be her grandma or something." I just had to laugh because #1, Mrs. Ashley is a couple of years older than me, and #2, she definitely doesn't look like a grandma :)
