nap time

This week has been a steady week but that's fine by me. The weather hasn't been that favorable so staying inside for the most part seemed to be the best option. I had such a blast at the Bishop's Storehouse on Tuesday. It was neat to see how the church provides for its own and how important fast offerings are. The church does nothing second rate. I'm glad I got to go too, because of the mishaps with the faxes last week...I needed to work off my indebtedness to those who had helped me. :)

Yesterday when I started to lay Spencer down for his nap, he wanted to sleep in my bed. And that was fine. He usually naps better and longer when he's on my bed so I had no complaints. He kept on moving around and I was trying to get Andrew to sleep as well. On our bed we have the king size, not so good pillows that go behind our "memory foam" pillows that we sleep with every night. I had put down the king size pillows for him to lay his head down and the memory foam pillow beside him so he wouldn't fall off the bed. I said, "Lay down on daddy's pillow, close your eyes and go night night." He looked at the king size pillow, then he looked at the memory foam pillow I was laying on, and he took his pointer finger and pushed down on mine, and then on the one he was laying on and realized they were different. He must have thought, "This isn't the pillow daddy sleeps with" and he got the memory foam pillow on his side and switched them so that he was laying on the pillow daddy sleeps on. How funny! Here's a couple pictures of how Spencer and Andrew started out sleeping and how they ended up.

I hope everyone has a great weekend!

It's moments & pictures like these that make you stop and think how wonderful it is to be a mom. :)
