spencer's new style and wagon ride

Spencer has a mind of his own. I asked him on Sunday if he wanted to wear his tie to church since I had laid out the shirt that the tie matched. He said "uh huh..." I forgot about it but after we got him dressed he kept on saying something that I couldn't figure out. After a couple of tries...I asked him if he wanted his tie and he said "uh huh". So we got it out and he wore it to church...He loves that thing as you can tell from this picture. He found it on the floor today after his nap and wanted it on. He had a diaper on, a T-shirt, and this tie. How stylish!! :)

The other highlight of the day occurred when Brandon and Jenny stopped by. Brandon had gotten back last night from the beach after 10 days straight so he and Jenny stopped by to see the boys. We were all inside talking and Brandon was playing trucks and cars with Spencer and then all of a sudden, he and Spencer go outside. We think we hear something crank up and I'm just assuming it's Brandon letting Spencer play with his truck. Well Jenny looks out the window and says... "Hurry... look what Brandon has done..." Brandon had rigged the wagon behind the lawnmower and was pulling Spencer around the yard. It was so cute. We didn't want Andrew to feel left out so he got a ride too. Leave it to Uncle Brandon to get creative on us. If nothing else the boys had a blast and it gave Shaun some ideas about what he can do when the boys get unruly. :)

The cutest thing was that Spencer held Andrew's hand on the side rails of the wagon the whole time. And when Andrew let his hand down off of the rails, Spencer held on to his foot. How sweet!!

Although he likes to bully on his brother sometimes, he still has that protective sense about him.

Aren't boys wonderful. Sullivan is the same way with Spencer, and I'm hoping Spencer will be the same way with the new baby...I know he will be. Love the pictures. Funny how you can entertain yourself in the "country".
