Today Carson is officially "1". It's hard to believe!! The past couple of weeks he has started doing all kinds of new things ... wave bye, clap his hands together by himself, being a lot more vocal... he hasn't started walking yet, but thanks to a walker toy from Ashley and a bulldozer rideon toy from my Mom...we should have him walking in a matter of weeks :) Spencer and Andrew didn't walk until they were 14 months old so I'm not really worried about Carson not walking. He does have a blast with those toys though and they are teaching him a lot more balance. We just hung around the house for most of the day today, let the boys go outside since it has been so nice, unusually great weather for this time of year, ran a couple of errands and then went and ate CiCi's pizza for dinner...yummy! We met the Crawford's and a few other people there and had a great time. The Crawford's served a mission here in South Carolina and left to go back home to Canada a year ago. They have been here a week visiting friends ... and we consider them part of our family. It was good to see them again! I was reading the posts from a year ago, and almost the exact things were happening this time in November last year. Fun, fun.
If I don't post anymore entries between now and Thursday...hope everyone has a HAPPY THANKSGIVING!! I know our family has so much to be thankful for, so I hope that we can remember that throughout this holiday season.
