Well...this is the last year I'll be in my 20's. I had a great day celebrating 29 on Friday. I had been in a little slump with some other things that were going on in my life this past week, so it was great to have some well needed fun to get me going again.
A couple friends (Ashley, Tonya, Jenny, and my mom...we missed TaMara)and I went to the Olive Garden for lunch...you can see Ashley's blog for the picture... and had a fun time with the girls. So thank you, thank you, thank you for making my birthday so special!!!
Spencer asked me when I was about to walk out the door who was coming to my birthday party that night and I felt a little guilty not sharing it completely with the boys. But I had planned to go do lunch, and then I wanted to go to the temple that night with Shaun. So that's what I did and I really had such a wonderful experience. After the temple, we were going to go to California Dreaming but we drove around at 7:30...no parking spaces...went to Target to get a couple of things...drove around again at 9...no parking. So we were a little too hungry to wait the time it looked like it was going to take, so we headed to Texas Roadhouse and got some great food. I love their rolls and cinnamon butter. So I was almost full from the rolls and the salad whenever the food came out. All in all it was an absolute fabulous day!!
It was almost a birthday weekend, because we celebrated again with my family today with a cute cake that the boys picked out. It had one of those little cakes that looked like a puppy on top of the big cake. I so wish I had taken a picture of it, but Andrew dropped my camera and has broken it so the lens won't come in or out and take any pictures. So that's why there's no pictures of anything. Family and friends took a couple of pictures so I'll have to wait until they post them.
Thanks to everyone for making my birthday so great and just being such wonderful friends. I am truly blessed in just about every aspect of my life. I so cannot complain and shouldn't complain with some of the petty things that I do.

Happy Birthday!!! I know that is late but it is fun to extend the celebration, right? I'm still getting bday wishes from my little boy and that was 15 days ago. :)
