We got a puppy a month or so ago...kinda for Spencer's birthday...and it's really the sweetest puppy ever. We just need to get him completely potty trained :) He's a Peekapoo and the boys named him Jack. The boys absolutely love him and want to be with him 24/7...even when he's nasty and needs a bath.
As you can see, Jack is completely white and fluffy. Shaun swore he'd never have one of those girly dogs, since we are in the land of all boys in our household. We needed a more manly dog. Well...he succumbed. Probably #1 because Jack was free and #2 because Shaun's a softy sometimes. I thought I was going to need a lot of coaxing to let me get the dog from a girl whose little boy is in Spencer's preschool class, but it was a breeze.

A couple of days ago, Carson and Andrew were outside and I had come in to get something, and when I came back outside, Carson had turned the water hose on and Jack had gone in it. Then he had dug in our obsolete square foot garden. I thought he was absolutely filthy...
Then later on that day, Shaun and the boys were outside, and tied Jack to a rope so he would have a little freedom but not too much.

Shaun gave Jack some water in a large bowl with a 3 gallon container attached to it. We came inside to have lunch, and when Shaun went outside and brought Jack on the porch, I wasn't quite sure what color our puppy really was. White on top and black on bottom...THAT was absolutely filthy :) He had drank the water, as well as bathed in it, then dug a hole about a foot deep down at the shed, covering his whole bottom half with dirt. Jack sure fits in because he loves digging and loves to get dirty.
