I guess I don't have to have pictures every time I blog. I haven't really taken any the past couple of weeks...and having the mindset that I needed pictures everytime I updated, I haven't made the effort to write anything.
Today we went swimming at Tonya's for a little while. Jenny was there to help me monitor the little one. I only took Spencer with me and Andrew stayed at home with his daddy since Shaun only had to work a half day. It's just too hard to take both of them swimming with them both wanting my attention all the time in the water. It was a hot day today, hottest one in a while, so it was nice to refresh ourselves in the pool. Thanks Tonya for having us over :)
Not quite sure what we've done the past couple of weeks. It seems like the nesting mode is kicking in a little early this pregnancy...a little too early. I feel like all I do is clean, clean, clean...without seeing any results... considering I have two little tornadoes. Oh well...poor Spencer and Andrew have learned early in their little lives how to pick up their toys. Not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing for them :)
Last week I tried to get ready for a yard sale we had on Saturday with my mom, aunt, and grandmother...and boy that took a lot of work. Then end result ($$$) was very rewarding...but still a lot of work. It feels good to have the stuff (that I don't absolutely love and could live without) that has accumulated the past couple of years out of the house though. It might be a little while before I prepare for another one though.
Well...I hope everyone has a great weekend. Tomorrow, I have to be at the church at 7 a.m. to cook the food for our Pioneer Day...well it's not just me cooking the food for about 100 people...I will have help...thank goodness. Not quite sure why the women get volunteered for all the cooking for the activities at the church. Poor Shaun does more cooking around our household than I do most of the time. But we'll do it lovingly :) tomorrow. Take care everybody!!
