sunday, schmunday...

Today was a good Sunday. We had Stake Conference for church today and all the speakers were really good. Afterwards, we had a picnic in the car since it was too hot and humid to really go outside and enjoy it. We had brought some turkey sandwiches and chips and stuff and parked under a shade tree near the state capitol to enjoy it. Spencer loved being able to get out of his car seat and sit in the front with Shaun and I and eat his food. I think they both were saying "cheese" at the same time in the first picture :) Here was Andrew while we were enjoying our lunch...nothing but shut-eye. He wore himself ... and us out at conference.

Jenny and Brandon stopped by later this afternoon and Brandon had brought his 4 wheeler over to show us. Spencer and Andrew of course wanted to take a spin. Spencer had fun with Oscar as well.

Before Brandon and Jenny left, Spencer was bringing out his construction paper out of the playroom and handed a piece to Brandon...who in turn got a little creative and ended up scaring Andrew. Spencer just laughed...along with the rest of us...by the psychotic nature of one of our own :)

We've been rather busy this week. Had something to do just about every day and it's caught up to me now. Shaun was nice enough to take the boys out for a little bit on Friday, and leave me to myself, so I could get caught up on some of the cleaning around here. It's amazing how fast things pile up when you don't do a little bit each day. But thank goodness I have a wonderful husband who picks up the slack sometimes and helps me out in one way or another :)

At my doctor's appointment on Wednesday, they confirmed that it's still a boy. And I got the news that I gained 9 pounds in a month and a half...INSANE!! I better cut back on the chocolate milk I guess :)
