Tuesday we took Cassie (a friend from church) to the State Museum. She was on her spring break, and got us free passes to the Museum. I hadn't been in YEARS and it was fun to take my kids to places that I went to when I was younger. The boys loved the huge shark hanging from the ceiling, and all the hands on things. They were really more into it than I thought they would be.
One of the scary moments was Andrew got lost for about 5 minutes and all I could think about was all those crazy stories about kids getting kidnapped. He had stopped to look at something, and we had moved on, me thinking that he was holding on to Cassie's hand. Meanwhile, there were a million kids there that day on spring break or field trips so I had difficulty finding him. I told Cassie to stay at one station with Spencer and Carson until I came back and I went looking for Andrew. Luckily, after pacing and zooming about 6 times around 3rd floor of the State Museum , a couple of ladies, who probably saw the sheer panic on my face, knew I was looking for a little boy they had seen a security guard take downstairs earlier. I am so grateful that I found him though. For those of you who have ever misplaced your child for even the smallest amount of time, know the emotion that goes through your entire body when you can't find them. Shaun said he's even had the weak leg syndrome when the boys hide in the clothing racks at the store. I will be a little more careful next time we are in a big crowd of people, to keep tabs on where my kids are!

Glad to see all of the new pictures. I have been wondering what you've been up to. It looks like Easter was nice and I'm glad the Egg Hunt was great-I know you saw my experience! :) Anyway, I would have gone crazy looking for Zack if he'd gotten lost so I'm glad everything turned out just fine. Take care!
Gosh Ginger, I would have LOST my mind! GOOD thing you found him and he was safe!! LOVE the family pic from Easter!!
Sorry that happened to you all - it is truly a very scary feeling and I know 5 minutes felt like 5 days to you at that moment. Glad all was well. I LOVE your family Easter picture - you have such a good looking family! I love you bunches!
