I have been really surprised at myself that I have gotten into books, let alone vampire books. I've never been a reader. What's even more surprising is that I went to a before party, and then to Books A Million for a "party", waiting for a new release book to be given out at 12:01 a.m. Nuts... The Twilight series by Stephenie Meyer has really gotten me into reading, though, as cheesy as the sci-fi fiction might seem {teen fiction I might add :)}. 
Friday night, we went to a friends house to celebrate the final book of the series coming out, Breaking Dawn, and then headed out to the bookstore to wait. We were definitely outnumbered because of our age, but it was way fun. I had almost forgotten what it was like to be a teenager, and then hearing all those little girls screaming as the countdown was on until the books were handed out, made me glad I'm not anymore :)
All in all it was good times...so thanks to the girls that let us in on their fun for the night...

You are dedicated! I just went to Walmart at 6:45 Saturday morning after my kids got up. I knew if I got it Friday night I wouldn't have gone to bed. :) Have you finished it yet? What do you think?

I think I may have been the oldest "fan" there! I have never stood in line like that before and thought it was highly entertaining.
I just ordered the first two books in this series - I don't like vampires but I had to see what these books were all about! Looks like a fun group of gals there!
Gigi - I just love you too! And I did finish Breaking Dawn and now I'm back to reading The Host -- which is just beginning to get interesting! I don't think I'm going to be able to make it to Lindsay's shower, but hopefully we'll be down soon! xoxo!
